Booking Terms

Short, and in plain English. These are the terms you confirm before any payment is taken — there is nothing hidden elsewhere.

Payment

Prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. Payment is made in full by secure card payment (Stripe) at the time of booking, and full payment is what confirms your date. Figures shown in other currencies on this site are approximate and move with the exchange rate; you are charged in JPY.

Your card statement will show TAMAKI PREWEDDING.

Refunds

If you cancel, we refund 90% of what you paid — whatever the reason, and whenever you tell us. The remaining 10% covers payment processing and administration.

Or, if you would rather not take the money back, we hold 100% of what you paid as a credit. You can use it for a shoot on any available date up to the same season next year.

Changing your date

Up to 30 days before your shoot: free, once. The new date can be as far out as the same season next year.
29 to 8 days before: a ¥30,000 change fee applies.
Within 7 days: the date can no longer be moved. If you cannot attend, the refund terms above apply.

What is included

Your outfit (kimono or dress, by plan), professional dressing, hair and make-up, shooting permits for your listed locations, basic retouching, and the team’s transportation within the shoot area.

Options

2nd outfit — +¥60,000
Extra location — +¥50,000
Tokyo, Kyoto, the Mt. Fuji area and Okinawa — no location addition. A destination outside these areas is confirmed individually before booking.
Extra hour — +¥30,000
Full film, 3–5 minutes — +¥80,000
Guests: up to 3 at no charge; four or more — +¥20,000
Fine-art album — ¥60,000 | Large print — ¥25,000

Delivery

Retouched photographs are delivered within 3–4 weeks by online gallery. Your cinematic film and vertical reel follow within 4–5 weeks (Signature and Premium).

Your photographs

You are free to use your photographs privately and to post them on social media. Commercial use is by arrangement — just ask us.

We may show your photographs and film on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us at any time and we will leave you out. You do not need to give a reason.

Your details

We use your details only to plan and deliver your shoot, and to reply to you. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
